Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you're probably wondering

Can't find your answer here? Send us a message and we'll get back to you same day.

How quickly can you start our job?+

Most jobs are booked in within 1–3 weeks of your quote being accepted, depending on scope and season. Urgent jobs (like a pre-sale repaint) can often be prioritised — just let us know your timeline when you enquire.

Do you provide a fixed quote or an estimate?+

Every quote is fixed and itemised in writing after an on-site or photo-based assessment. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons on the day unless the scope changes at your request.

What paint brands do you use?+

We work with premium Australian paint suppliers and offer standard, premium and low-VOC ranges. We're happy to match a specific brand or colour code if you already have one in mind.

Do I need to move out during painting?+

Usually not. We work room-by-room so the rest of the house stays liveable, and with low-VOC paint options most rooms are safe to use again the same day once touch-dry.

Are you insured?+

Yes — we carry public liability insurance and all painters on our tools are employees, not subcontractors, so you're covered from quote to completion.

What's included in the workmanship warranty?+

Our 7-year workmanship warranty covers peeling, flaking or premature failure of our workmanship under normal conditions. Paint product warranties are additionally covered by the manufacturer.

Do you take on strata and commercial jobs?+

Yes — we regularly work with owners corporations, facility managers and small businesses, and can schedule after-hours or in stages to minimise disruption.

How do I get a quote?+

Fill out the form on our contact page with a few details and photos if you have them, or give us a call. We'll follow up to book a site visit or provide a photo-based estimate.
